1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By registering an account on luk333, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with luk333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the luk333 platform and close your account.

1.3 luk333 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their luk333 account.

1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account or use any service offered by luk333. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.

2.2 By creating a luk333 account you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. luk333 may require documentary proof of age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where the User cannot adequately demonstrate they meet the minimum age requirement.

2.3 You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of luk333 complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction. luk333 does not warrant that its services are lawful in your location and expressly disclaims all liability in this regard.

2.4 luk333 services are not available to individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the Platform, or to any person acting on behalf of such an individual.

2.5 Only one account per individual is permitted. luk333 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with the individual may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access luk333 services you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration flow.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luk333 account credentials including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your mobile number. You agree to notify luk333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 luk333 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account balances to any third party.

3.4 luk333 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

3.5 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be voided. Where an account is closed at luk333's discretion without cause attributable to the User, any cleared and verified balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 luk333 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. luk333 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges – you are responsible for reviewing your provider's fee schedule.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. luk333 may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests.

4.4 Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of a verified request. Priority processing for VIP tier accounts may apply at luk333's discretion. Processing times may be extended where KYC documentation is pending or where a withdrawal triggers a fraud review.

4.5 luk333 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, terms abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases luk333 may require further documentation before releasing funds.

4.6 Funds deposited into your luk333 account for gaming purposes do not accrue interest and luk333 is not a financial institution. luk333 holds Player funds in designated accounts separate from operational funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 luk333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be stated in the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each Bonus will be stated clearly before opt-in.

5.3 luk333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time. Where a Bonus is cancelled after having been accepted by a User, any bonus funds not yet wagered will be removed from the account; any winnings generated from wagering completed prior to cancellation will be retained.

5.4 Bonuses may only be used once per person, household, device, or IP address unless otherwise stated. Multiple accounts created to claim the same Bonus constitute an abuse of promotional terms and will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

5.5 Certain Bonuses may be restricted to specific game types (e.g., cricket betting free bets may not contribute to slot wagering requirements, and vice versa). Eligible games and contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All games available on luk333 operate in accordance with the rules published by the relevant game provider. Where luk333 publishes supplemental rules for a game or market, those rules apply alongside the provider's standard rules.

6.2 luk333 uses certified game software sourced directly from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. All Random Number Generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and certified. Game outcomes are final once a round has been completed.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, network disconnection, or game error during a live session, luk333 will investigate the incident using available server logs and game records. Bets that cannot be verified due to a technical error will generally be voided and the stake returned to the Player's account.

6.4 For sports and cricket betting, luk333 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel bets where an event is abandoned, significantly modified from its scheduled format, or where pricing errors are identified prior to event commencement.

6.5 luk333 may impose maximum bet limits, win limits, or stake restrictions on any account, game, or market at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luk333. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Creating more than one account for personal use or creating accounts on behalf of others;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in arbitrage, match fixing, or any form of collusion in connection with games or betting markets on luk333;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in a manner not intended by normal gameplay;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to transfer funds to third parties;
• Engaging in any fraudulent payment activity including the use of stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the underlying source code of luk333 software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luk333 staff or other users.

8. KYC & Identity Verification

8.1 luk333 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide all documentation requested by luk333 to complete verification.

8.2 Standard KYC documentation includes a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and where applicable, source of funds documentation. luk333 may request additional documentation at any time.

8.3 Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until at least a basic level of KYC verification has been completed. luk333 may impose lower withdrawal limits until full KYC verification is achieved.

8.4 All KYC documents provided to luk333 are processed and stored in accordance with the luk333 Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification and compliance purposes and are not shared with unauthorised third parties.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 luk333 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following tools accessible from your account dashboard at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, reality check notifications, cool-off periods (24 hours to 7 days), and self-exclusion (1 month to permanent).

During an active self-exclusion period, luk333 will not permit the User to reopen their account or create a new account.

This licence does not permit copying, modifying, distributing, publishing, or creating derivative works from any luk333 content without express written permission.

10.3 The luk333 name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of luk333. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The luk333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk333 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11.2 luk333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds (beyond the account balance held at the time of any proven error), loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

11.3 luk333's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes luk333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.5 luk333 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.

12. Privacy

12.1 luk333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at luk333.net/privacy-policy. By using luk333 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 luk333 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the procedures set out in luk333's operating licence framework.

14.4 Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
